Just before (.3 miles) you get to the recreational park there is a sideroad off of the Corps of Engineers Tailwater Rd which leads to a paved parking lot and a small watercraft boat launch. Went out to Taylorsville Lake tailwaters yesterday (Sunday). There was several people fishing, but none catching. I saw several catfish sneaking around in the shallows, but none would bite my lure. The tailwaters were alot shallower than I expected, I could see the bottom in some places. Anyone ever catch anything there? 07-30-2007 #2. BASSKING.
